Maurice and Norma Poling Anniversary
Maurice ``Maurie'' and Norma Poling, 8305 Ridgewood Road, Rock Island, will be honored July 11, 2003 at a family dinner in their home in observance of their 50th wedding anniversary.
The former Norma Glick and Mr. Poling, both of Fort Wayne, Ind., were married July 11, 1953, in Westfield Church, Fort Wayne.
Their sons and daughters-in-law are Randy and Laura, Moline; Ron and Aleksandra, Oceanside, Calif.; Rick and Kim, Andalusia; Kevin and Kim, Bluffton, Ind.; and Kent and Vickie, Rock Island. There are 11 grandchildren, four step grandchildren, and seven step great-grandchildren.
Mr. Poling was district sales manager for Louis Allis, Milwaukee, retiring in 1987.
Mrs. Poling was a technician at Eagle Pharmacy, Milan, retiring in 1997.
