Robert and JoAnn Scott Anniversary
Robert and JoAnn Scott, 1405 12th Ave., Orion, will be honored Feb. 9, 2003 at an open house in observance of their 55th wedding anniversary.
Relatives and friends are invited to call from 2 to 4 p.m. at Dad's Roadhouse, Orion. It is requested that gifts be omitted.
The former JoAnn Monroe, Sherrard, and Mr. Scott, also of Sherrard, were married Feb. 6, 1948, in Sherrard Lutheran Church.
They are the parents of Victoria Pearson, Moline; Robert Scott II, Orion; and Darrin Scott, Spring Hill, Fla. There are four grandchildren: Todd Pearson, Jaclyn Schnell, and Michael and Matthew Scott. There are two great-grandchildren: Kaitlyn and Alyssa Pearson.
Mr. Scott is a U.S. Navy World War II veteran and is a semi-retired home builder.
Mrs. Scott is retired from Orion Community Schools where she was a school bus driver for 19 years.
