Judge John Bell officiated at the 1 p.m. ceremony.
Parents of the bride are Leroy and Marge Johnson, Rock Island, and the bridegroom is the son of Mary Bell, Rock Island, and the late John W. Bell.
Honor attendants were Judy Danielson and Tom Bell.
Other attendants were Kari Glines, Lori Ferry, Jennifer Bell, Stephanie Avena, Alexia Avena, Loren Bell, Mitchell DeBo, Corey Ryan, Brock Ryan and Kevin Bell.
The reception also was in the IBEW Hall.
The couple planned a honeymoon for a later date.
They reside in Moline.
The bride graduated from Moline High School and the bridegroom is a graduate of Alleman High School.
He is employed by S.J. Smith Welding Supply, Davenport.
