Wendell and Barbara Campbell Anniversary
Wendell Sr. and Barbara Campbell, 516 14th Ave., Silvis, will be honored Oct. 19, 2002 at a luncheon given by their children in observance of their 50th wedding anniversary.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend at 12:30 p.m. at Oak Ridge Bible Chapel, 2716 W. 1st St., Milan.
The former Barbara Thompson and Mr. Campbell, both of Springfield, were married Oct. 18, 1952, in Springfield.
They are the parents of Rick Campbell, Moline; Debbie Roeper, Port Byron; Diane Erwin, Prophetstown; Rhonda VanZuiden, Naples, Fla.; Glenn Campbell, Rock Island; and Mike Campbell, East Moline. There are 15 grandchildren.
Mr. Campbell was a sheetmetal worker at Johnson Contracting Co., East Moline, retiring in October of 1997.
