Officiating at the 2 p.m. ceremony was the Rev. Anthony Ego.
The bride is the daughter of Maureen and Barry Verner, Moline, and Dan Frank, Rock Island.
She was given in marriage by her brother, D.J. Frank.
Parents of the bridegroom are Daryle and Jeanie Blumenstein, Baraboo, Wisc.
Honor attendants were Dawn Hozian and Jimmy Paulsgrove.

Following a honeymoon to the Caribbean, the couple resides in Milan.
The bride graduated from Moline High School and Black Hawk College with a nursing degree.
She is employed by John Deere Medical Group, Bettendorf.
The bridegroom graduated from Rockridge High School and is employed by TPC, Milan.
