Parents of the bride are Deborah Freesen of Jacksonville, Ill., and Mark Tittsworth of New Berlin, Ill. The bridegroom is the son of Charles (Tucker) and Mary Luckey of Chatham, Ill.
The bride is a 1995 graduate of Ursuline Academy of Springfield, Ill. She earned a bachelor of science degree in commerce in 1999 from DePaul University in Chicago, Ill., and is employed as a budget analyst at the Bureau of the Budget in Springfield, Ill.
The bridegroom is a 1994 graduate of Glenwood High School in Chatham and attended the University of Illinois in Springfield. He is employed in accounting at Hospital Sisters Health Systems in Springfield, Ill.
The wedding is planned for Nov. 24 in St. Augustine, Fla. The reception will be Dec. 9 in Springfield, Ill.
