Mr. Buker graduated from Edward Little High School in Auburn, Maine with the class of 1998 and from the University of Maine - Orono in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Spatial Information technology.
He is employed at Main-Land Development Consultants in Livermore Falls, Maine.
