Courtney Elizabeth Naccarato and Sylvester Charles Serra III, both of Westerly, were united in marriage on July 28 in St. Pius X Church, Westerly.
The Rev. Raymond Suriani officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vincent J. Naccarato of 25 Cedar Crest Drive, Westerly. The groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester C. Serra Jr. of Sebastian, Fla.
The matron of honor was Bethany Confessore, and the best man was Benjamin Faubert.
The bridesmaids were Amanda Serra, sister of the groom; Rachel Serra, cousin of the groom; Michelle Vacca and Audrey Faubert.
James Naccarato, brother of the bride; Peter Savas, cousin of the groom; Brian Turano and Darryl Scopes were the ushers.
A reception was held in the Renaissance Ballroom of the Venice Restaurant, Westerly, after which the couple left on a trip to Montego Bay in Jamaica. They live in Westerly.
The bride is a 1991 graduate of Westerly High School, and received a bachelor's degree in human development and psychology from the University of Rhode Island in 1995. She is employed in human resources at Swarovski North America in Cranston.
The groom also graduated from Westerly High School in 1991. He received a bachelor's degree in physical education from the University of South Carolina in 1995, and is employed as a physical education teacher in the Westerly School system.
