Mr. and Mrs. Robert Thomas Wilson of Hannibal will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary with a reception hosted by the family and members of Apostolic Holiness Church from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, 2001, in the Paige Dining Room at Hannibal LaGrange College.
Deborah Sue McAlister and Robert Thomas Wilson were united in marriage on Oct. 30, 1976, at Park United Methodist Church in Hannibal.
The Rev. Henry Trevathan officiated. Attendants were Eddie and Sharon Large, Peggy Smith Loveall and Brenda Stierlin Rolff.
Mrs. Wilson is the daughter of the late Harold L. and Ella Mae Smith.
Mr. Wilson is the son of Wilma Jean Large of Topeka, Kan., and the late Guy Large.
They are the parents of four children, Charles McAlister of Center, Paul Michael McAlister of MaComb, Ill., Nathan Wilson of Cameron and Jacob Wilson of the home.
They have seven grandchildren, Chris, Kaylee, Cheyenne, Cody, C.J., Christopher Jr., and Samantha.
Mr. Wilson recently retired because of ill health as a supervisor of the Housekeeping Department at Hannibal-LaGrange College.
Mrs. Wilson is employed as a community social worker at Comprehensive Health Systems.
She graduated in May 1998 with a bachelor of science degree from Hannibal-LaGrange College and has been a Sunday School teacher and member of the church choir.
They are planning a trip to Branson at a later date.
