Johnston 50th wedding anniversary
Mr. and Mrs. R. Keith (Gloria Redwine) Johnston will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open reception to be held in their honor from 2 to 4 p.m., June 9, 2012, at Indian Springs Baptist Church, Kingsport.
The event is being hosted by their children and grandchildren.
The presence of family and friends is the only gift requested.
The couple was married June 7, 1962.
They are the parents of Leslie J. McCrackin of Kingsport, John D. Johnston (Stephanie) of Brentwood, Tenn.; and Anne M. Pierce (Jonathan) of Kingsport.
They are the grandparents of Emily McCrackin, Nicholas McCrackin, Ross Johnston, Abigail Pierce and Anna-Claire Pierce.
Mr. Johnston retired from Eastman Chemical after 37 years of service.
Mrs. Johnston was primarily a loving mother and grandmother, and was also employed a few years by both Kingsport National Bank and First Tennessee Bank.
