Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. (Bulah J. Bowen) Williams of Weber City, Va., will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open reception to be held in their honor from 2 to 5 p.m., Dec. 3, 2011, at Cove Ridge Center, at Natural Tunnel State Park.
The event is being hosted by their family.The couple was married in Clinchport, Va.
They are the parents of Timothy L. Williams.Mr. Williams retired from Holliston Mills.
Mrs. Williams retired from Holston Defense.
