Rebecca C'Ann Blume and Jared Sean Davis were united in marriage on Saturday July 10, 2004 at eleven o'clock in the morning at Spring Branch Community Church. The officiant was Pastor Tom Douthit, with music by organist, Angie Schweer, and vocalists Aaron and Brittany Senseman. A reception followed at The Houston City Club. On the eve of the wedding, the groom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Westside Tennis Club.
Becky is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gregory N. Blume of Houston. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Duran and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd R. Blume. Jared is the son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Jeff Davis of Sugar Land. He is the grandson of Mrs. Dorothy L. Jones and the late J. Vann Jones and the late Mr. and Mrs. T. Jeff Davis.
Miss Kristi Pierce was the Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids included Ayse Clark, Charlotte Collins, Jade Davis, Abigail Daniel, Cristi Gerecke, Dee Howell, Angela McClinton, Melissa Murrell, Stephanie Patterson and Erica Schweer. Chloe Gordon served as the Flower Girl. Mr. Bryon Chapman was the Best Man. Groomsmen included Barrett Blume, Benjamin Blume, Brian Blume, Jeff Hartung, Rett Holidy, Todd Ormsby, Graeme Saruk, Brett Sevier, Larry Stinson, and Cory Walker. Brent Blume served as a Junior Groomsman and Christian Dean served as the Ring Bearer. Honor Attendants of the Bride were Katherine Armstrong, Hillary Jackson, Ana Michelle Lopez, Shana Pennington, Jennifer Todoroff.
Becky is a graduate of Texas A&M University. She is a teacher at Rummel Creek Elementary School. Jared is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He is a Construction Manager for Royce Homes.
Following a honeymoon in St. Lucia the couple will reside in Houston.
