Miss Nicole Franca Brenckmann and Mr. Kraft Gregory Eidman, Junior were united in marriage on Saturday, November 22, 2003, at seven o'clock in the evening at Grace Presbyterian Church in Houston, Texas. The double-ring ceremony was officiated by Reverend Dr. David G. McKechnie. Music for the ceremony was performed by organist Stephen Roddy and The Houston Children's Chorus. The Scriptures were read by Miss Jamie Lynn Eidman of Dallas, Texas and Miss Megan Warner Eidman of Los Angeles, California, both cousins of the groom, and by Mr. Friedrich Brenckmann, father of the bride. A reception followed at Houston Country Club with music by the Tip Tops from Alabama. The bride's maid of honor and her family hosted the bridal luncheon at Carrabba's. On the eve of the wedding, a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents at Lakeside Country Club.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Friedrich Brenckmann of Houston, Texas. She is the granddaughter of Frau Louisette Krimmer and the late Herr Friedrich Theodor Brenckmann and the late Herr and Frau Wilhelm Keck of Germany. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Judson James Hardy of Houston, Texas, and Mr. and Mrs. Kraft Gregory Eidman, Sr. of Houston, Texas. He is the grandson of Mrs. Oliver Amos Wright of Houston, Texas and the late Mr. Oliver Amos Wright of Houston, Texas, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Kraft Warner Eidman of Houston, Texas.
Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore an elegant gown of ivory silk-faced satin designed by Reem Acra of New York. The strapless gown featured a full ball gown skirt with an extended back train. The bodice was richly decorated with ivory and silver embroidery in a delicate pattern of scrolls and flowers embellished with rhinestones and Austrian crystals. Matching appliques decorated the front hem and the extended train. The bride's ensemble was complete with the addition of veils of soft illusions edged with diamante trim and a hand-made tiara of rhinestones in flower clusters. The bride carried a biedermeier styled bouquet of all white floral consisting of Vendal Roses , Hydrangea and Stephanotis.
Mrs. Jordan Ashley Coffman of Tulsa, Oklahoma served as Matron of Honor and Miss Ashley Elyse Brochstein of San Francisco, California served as Maid of Honor. The bridesmaids were Miss Courtney Elizabeth Berry of Dallas, Texas; Mrs. Jennifer Bagwell Brenkmann of Houston, Texas; Mrs. Ruth Chaney Burke of Houston, Texas; Mrs. Keely Windham Carter of Houston, Texas; Miss Brooke Alison Covin of Dallas, Texas; Miss Courtney Ann Eidman, sister of the groom, of Houston, Texas; and Miss Mary Dabney Pendleton Luhn of Houston, Texas. Members of the House Party included Mrs. Andrea Gregg Soper of Houston, Texas, Miss Amy Courand Stanzel of Houston, Texas, Mrs. Bridget Taylor Turner of Cary, North Carolina, and Mrs. Letitia Mauldin Visinsky of Dallas, Texas. Miss Grace McFaddin Young and Miss Victoria Anne Young, both of Houston, Texas, served as flower girls.

The bride is a graduate of Memorial High School in Houston, Texas and Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas where she received a Bachelor in Psychology and Latin American Studies along with receiving her Elementary School Certification and was a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority. She is currently employed as a Preschool teacher at Presbyterian School in Houston, Texas.
The groom is a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School in Houston, Texas. He attended The University of Texas at Austin where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, and graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. He also earned a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law, and currently maintains a private law practice in Houston, Texas.
Following a honeymoon in Maui, Nicole and Greg will reside in Houston.
