The bride is the daughter of Sarah Ann Lowther of Wimberly, Texas and the late Gerald Edward Lowther.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jay McInnis of Missouri City, Texas.
Matron of honor was Megan Berryman, and bridesmaids were Kelly Aycock, Paige Collier, Carolyn Graves, Leslie Hadskey, Renae Lozano, and Carrie Meloy.
The flower girl was Abigail Whipple, cousin of the bride, and the ringbearer was Evan Moore IV, nephew of the bride. House party attendants were Jana Geisen, Suzanne Lowther, and Katherine Robias.
The best man was Jay McInnis, and groomsmen were Thomas Hatfield, Joel Lowther, Jason McInnis, Michael McInnis, James Trey Walker, and Matt Walker. The ushers were Brad Berryman, Jonathan Henry, and Michael Nesta.

Susan is a 2000 honors graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and John is a 2002 honors graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
Following a honeymoon in Cozumel, Mexico, Susan and John will make their home in North Liberty, Iowa where John will pursue his doctorate in accounting at the University of Iowa in Iowa City and Susan will teach first grade in Cedar Rapids.
