Miss Janice Mary Koshman and Mr. Jeremy Matthew Quast were united in marriage on Saturday, October 20, 2001 at six in the evening at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church in Houston, Texas. Dr. Charles Simmons officiated the ceremony. Miss Erin Howell served as the soloist and Mrs. Paula Walter served as the Reader.
The bride's parents, Dr. and Mrs. Robert William Koshman of Houston, hosted the reception at Lakeside Country Club with music by The Grooves. On the eve of the wedding, the groom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Edward Quast of Dallas, hosted a rehearsal dinner at the Omni West Hotel.
Janice was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father. Serving as Matron and Maid of Honor were sisters, Mrs. Barbara Koshman Latham of Houston and Miss Jennifer Lynn Koshman of Austin. Bridesmaids were Miss Courtney Caswell of Houston, Miss Nancy Dingwall of Houston, Mrs. Erin Duncan of Dallas, Miss Stephanie Jones of Dallas, Miss Shannon Koshman of Edmonton, Alberta and Miss Beth Napper of Houston. House party attendants were Miss Jennifer Smith, Mrs. Laura Sykes, Mrs. Denise Whatley and Miss Amy Van Vranken.
Jeremy's best friend, Mr. Nathan Schakleford of Dallas, and brother, Mr. Jason Quast of Arlington, served as the Best Men. Groomsmen were Mr. Kyle Clark of Dallas, Mr. Greg Edwards of McKinney, Mr. Andy Hollanshead of Houston, Mr. Jay Jordan of Dallas, Mr. Coby Nichols of Dallas and Mr. Justin Quast of Denton. Serving as ushers were Mr. Jeremy Howell, Mr. John Latham, Mr. Worthy Walker and Mr. Jerimy Wills. Mr. Caleb Quast served as the ring bearer.
Janice graduated from Stratford High School and Texas A&M University at College Station. She is currently working for American Heart Association in Dallas, Texas.
Jeremy graduated from Lutheran High School in Dallas, Texas. He is Vice President and co-owner of Courier Connection, a DFW courier provider.
Following a honeymoon trip to Costa Rica, Mr. and Mrs. Jeremy Quast will reside in Dallas, Texas.
