Mr. Armstrong is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tobin Armstrong of Armstrong, Texas.
Miss Brown is a graduate of Foxcroft School.
Mr. Armstrong graduated from the Phillips Andover Academy and the University of Texas in Austin.
The couple will reside in Texas and Virginia.
