Miss Angela Jeanne Ware and Mr. Thomas Joseph Arnett were united in marriage on November 3, 2001 at half past two in the afternoon at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church in Northwest Houston. Father Leonard Elder celebrated the Nuptial Mass which was followed by a dinner and dancing reception for the couple at Northwest Forest.
The bride is the daughter of Walter and Margie Ware of Cypress, Texas. Serving as Maid of honor was the bride's sister, Miss Alisa Ware. Bridesmaids were Miss Stacey Ware, sister of the bride; Mrs. Lori Hymel, sister of the groom; Mrs. Lisa Koops, sister of the groom; Mrs. Laura Jones, friend of the bride; and Mrs. Rebecca Patton, friend of the bride. The Flower girl was Allison Hymel, niece of the groom. Sheldon Jones, friend of the bride, served as Ring Bearer.
The groom is the son of Tom and Patty Arnett of Cypress, Texas. The groom's friend, Steven Philp, served as Best Man. The groomsmen included Mr. Joe Concialdi, friend of the groom; Mr. Gary Hymel, brother-in-law of the groom; Mr. Chris Koops, brother-in-law of the groom; Mr. Chris Murray, cousin of the groom; and Mr. James Youngblood, friend of the groom. Serving as ushers were Mr. Vernon Duty, Mr. Jarrod Duty, and Mr. Dustin Carter, cousins of the bride and Mr. Brent Green and Mr. Peter Smullen, friends of the groom.
The gifts during the Nuptial Mass were presented by Mrs. Kathleen Duty, Mr. James Rodgers, Mrs. Sylvia Binford, and Mr. Bill Binford, the couple's Godparents. Also during the Mass, Mrs. Lauren Cull, cousin of the bride, and Ms. Carol Tandy, cousin of the groom, offered scripture readings. The groom's sister, Mrs. Lisa Koops, also offered special prayers during the celebration.
Mrs. Jancy Baudoin, Miss Misty Kirley, and Mrs. Rachel Murray, friends of the bride, made up the wedding's house party.
The bride graduated from Cy-Fair High School in 1994 and attended Texas A&M University where she graduated in 1999 with a degree in Elementary Education. She currently teaches third grade at Holmsley Elementary in Cy-Fair Independent School District. The groom graduated from Cy-Fair High School in 1995 and earned his degree in Business Management from the University of Houston. He currently works as an outside sales representative for Merchants Metals.
Following a five day honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple will reside in Northwest Houston.
