Miss Julie Ann Parsons and Mr. Nathan Glenn Pruski were united in marriage on Saturday, June 2, 2001 at one in the afternoon. The Reverend Roy Kieschnick performed the double ring ceremony at Trinity Lutheran Church in Spring, Texas. A reception followed at Northgate Country Club. On the eve of the wedding, a rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's family at Resa's Steakhouse.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Judy Parsons and the late Mr. Mickey Parsons, Jr. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Mae Parsons and the late Mr. Milton Parsons Sr., and Mrs. Wilma McKnight and the late Mr. James McKnight, all of Houston, Texas. The groom is the son of Ms. Brenda Kirchoff of Victoria, Texas and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Pruski of LaVernia, Texas. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Kirchoff and the late Mrs. Brunhilde Kirchoff, Mrs. Magdalene Pruski and the late Mr. Henry Pruski, and Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Wynne.
Serving as Maid of Honor was Miss Karra Pate and as Matron of Honor, Mrs. Jana Yoder. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Lara Bany and Miss Krista Pruski, sister of the groom.
Serving as Best Man was Mr. Nathan Kerr. Groomsmen were Mr. Jim Parsons, brother of the bride, Mr. Matt Alexander and Mr. J. W. Lockwood.
Brooke Alexander served as Flower Girl, and Mark Millikin served as Ring Bearer.
Ushers were Mr. Mark Parsons and Mr. Mike Parsons, uncles of the bride, Mr. Dirk Wynne, uncle of the groom, and Mr. Daryl Pruski, cousin of the groom. Junior ushers were brothers of the groom, Craig and Cullen Pruski.
Julie is a graduate of Klein Oak High School and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Baylor University. Nathan is a graduate of Victoria High School and received his degree in Auto Collision and Management Technology from Texas State Technical College.
Following a honeymoon cruise to Cancun and Cozumel, Mr. and Mrs. Pruski will reside in Spring, Texas.
