Miss Jennifer Erin Bradley and Mr. Jared Warren Blair were united in marriage on Saturday, May 26, 2001 at seven o'clock in the evening at Saint Paul's United Methodist Church in Houston, Texas. The Reverend Charles Ruehl officiated. A reception at The Plaza Club followed the ceremony. On the eve of the wedding, the groom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at The Brownstone.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Beth Coleman Bradley and Mr. Al L. Bradley, Jr. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Coleman of Midland, Texas, and Mrs. Betty Bradley and the late Mr. Al L. Bradley of Kerrville, Texas.
The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Hugh Thomas Blair, III. He is the grandson of Mr. Hugh T. Blair, Jr. and the late Mrs. Anne Wayland Blair of Mundelein, Illinois, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Glen Warren of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Given in marriage by her family and escorted by her father, Jennifer chose a silk and organza wedding gown designed by Vera Wang.
Amy Bradley, sister of the bride, served as Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids were Lara Aldridge, Julia Carlisle, Cheryl Cupples, Stacy Edmiston, Alicia Ivey, Ashley Kanatzar, and Amy Milkavich. Brittany Greer and Lindsey Wilder served as Junior Bridesmaids. The Flower Girls were Sara Wilder and Jamie Wilder.
Tad Blair served his brother as Best Man. Groomsmen were Kevin Aldridge, Jay Blair, John Blair, Scott Davis, Chris Edmiston, and Charles Lunsford. James Cunningham served as Head Usher and the Ring Bearer was Austin Bradley.
Jennifer is a graduate of Elsik High School and Southern Methodist University. She is currently the Senior Promotions Manager with Promowerks in Fort Worth.
Jared is a graduate of McCullough High School and Texas Christian University. He is currently studying for a Masters Degree in Mathematics at The University of Texas at Arlington, and will teach secondary mathematics for the Fort Worth Independent School District in the fall.
Following a honeymoon trip to Europe, the couple will be at home in Fort Worth.
