The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Manuel Cruz of Houston, Texas.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles MacKay of Georgetown, Texas, are parents of the groom.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an original gown designed for her mother by Adelita, a Monterrey, Mexico designer.
Cecilia is the fifth bride in the family to wear this wedding gown.
Dinner and dancing followed the ceremony at the MacKay ranch in Liberty Hill.
Cecilia is employed as a speech pathologist at Seton Medical Center in Austin, Texas.
Tom is the founder and CEO of Audio Visual Consultations of Austin and Dallas.
Following a honeymoon to Italy and France, the couple will reside in Liberty Hill, Texas.
