Mr. Troy Allen Brown

Miss Camille Dee Davis and Mr. Troy Allen Brown were united in marriage on Saturday, January 20, 2001, at four in the afternoon at the Second Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. The reverend Danny T. Havard performed the double-ring ceremony. Music was provided by Avalon Music Trio; Organist, Carol McCutchon; and Trumpeter, George Chase. A reception followed at The St. Regis, Houston.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Scott W. Davis of Houston, Texas. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Emma Powell and the late Mr. Connie H. Powell of Levelland, Texas.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John David Brown of Houston, Texas. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Truette L. Rollins of Rockport, Texas.

The bride wore a candlelight gown of silk-satin designed by Richard Glascow of New York. Miss Kristy Dawn Davis, the bride's sister, served as the Maid of Honor. Mrs. Nicole Davis White, the bride's sister, served as Matron of Honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Lorri Bernard, Miss Christina Huschle, and Mrs. Adrienne Wooldridge. Miss Emili Furdon served as junior bridesmaid. Flower girls were Miss Hailey Bernard and Miss Kennady Basdekis.

Mr. Michael Todd Bernard served as Best Man. The groomsmen were Mr. Cesar Morin, Mr. Michael Porterfield, Mr. Bradley Prochnow, and Mr. Russell Smith. Mr. Blain Denson served as junior groomsman. The Ushers were Mr. Benjamin Canales II and Mr. Christopher Schonefeld.

After a honeymoon in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, the couple will make their home in Houston, Texas.
