Miss Crystal Renay Raymond and Mr. Donald McKinley Edwards were married on Saturday, May 20, 2000 at three o'clock in the afternoon. The Reverend Darrell Ramsey performed the garden ceremony at the home of the bride's parents in Xenia, Ohio.
Crystal is the daughter of the late Mr. Charles Raymond and Frances Ann Raymond McNelly and the stepdaughter of Mr. Duane Brent McNelly. Donald is the son of John and Sharon Edwards of Austin, Texas, and the grandson of the late Dr. and Mrs. D. F. Edwards of Houston.
Charla Ann Raymond Lucibello served as her sister's matron of honor. The bride was attended by Laulette Edwards and Jeanette Ansley. The groom's brother, Mr. Michael Kenneth Edwards, served as best man. A harp processional was performed by Mrs. Josephine Reigelsperger of the Cincinnati Music Conservatory.
The bride is a graduate of Middletown Christian High School in Middletown, Ohio and attended Asbury College and the University of Pittsburgh with majors in opera and linguistics. The groom is a graduate of Kinkaid High School in Houston, Texas and attended the University of Pittsburgh majoring in computer engineering. The couple will reside in Austin, Texas.
