Heather Brook Reynolds and Randall Todd Smith were united in marriage on Saturday, October 9, 1999 at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Houston, Texas. The double ring ceremony was officiated by Reverend Stefanie L. Bennett.
The bride is the daughter of Woodie and Loretta Alexander of Missouri City. The groom is the son of Maxine and Glenn Denkeler of Dickinson and Jesse and Mary Smith of Houston.
For her wedding, the bride wore a formal gown of elegant silk shantung with a chapel length train. The fitted bodice with a basque waist was accented with pearls and Alencon lace. A finger-tip veil attached to a pearl encrusted tiara completed her attire. To complement her gown she carried a cascading bouquet of calla lilies with white roses.
Serving as Maid of Honor was Jodi Vella of Houston. Bridesmaids were Lori Anderson, Michele Murphy, Shelly Cochran, Laura Bond, and Darci Warfield. Melanie Alexander served as flower girl along with Travis Reynolds as ring bearer.
Zach Bond of Katy served as Best Man. Groomsmen were Max Smith, Trey Thompson, James Warfield, Demitri Giannukos, and Davy Smith. Ushers were David Reynolds and Darin Smith, brothers of the bride and groom.
The bride graduated from Dulles High School in 1992. A graduate of the University of Houston and a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority, Heather is currently a Regional Account Manager for a software development company. The groom graduated from Katy Taylor High School in 1990 and is currently employed as a Sales Executive. Following a honeymoon in Europe, the couple will reside in their new town home in Houston.
