Miss Natalie Nicole Jones and David Lee Mandery were united in marriage on Saturday, March 27, 1999, at seven o'clock in the evening at Chapelwood United Methodist Church, Houston, Texas. The double ring ceremony was performed by Dr. Richard White. Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Houstonian. On the eve of the wedding the groom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Carmelo's.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Robert (Bob) Jones of Houston, Texas. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Mildred Jones of College Station, Texas, and the late Truman R. Jones of Birmingham, Alabama, and the late Mr. and Mrs. George E. Lepley of Bryan, Texas.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Mandery of Richmond, Texas. He is the grandson of Mrs. Gwendolyn Ridley of Houston, Texas.
Kelly Plummer served as Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids were Suzanne Jasmer, Mia Mends, Evangelina Trabanino and Laura Waldman. Members of the house party were Joy Cashion, Brittney Kaiser and Kristina Schrier.
Monroe A. Ashworth, IV, served as best man. The groomsmen were Tommy Cushing, Kevin Rockecharlie, Patrick Rockecharlie and Robert Waterston. Serving as ushers were James Jones and Layne Jones, brothers of the bride and Jeffrey Mandery and Stephen Mandery, brothers of the groom and George Tsioros.
Natalie is a graduate of Saint Agnes Academy. She graduated with a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M; University, where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. She is employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers. David is a graduate of Stratford High School, and will graduate in May from The University of Houston with a BBA in Management Information Systems.
After their honeymoon, the couple will reside in Houston.
