Miss Kathy L. Barry
Weds
Dr. Rick L. Clemmensen

The Clemmensen children Ryan, Sean, and Erica are pleased to announce the marriage of their father, Dr. Rick L. Clemmensen to Kathy L. Barry both of Houston. The double ring ceremony was held on the Island of Maui on Wednesday, the third of June 1998 at half past four in the afternoon at the Marriott on Kannapali Beach Maui, Hawaii.

The new Mrs. Clemmensen is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Gene N. Barry of Nome, Texas and the Granddaughter of Mrs. Alton C. Wagley and the late Mr. Wagley of Nome Texas.

Dr. Clemmensen is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Clemmensen of Conroe, Texas and Mrs. Henry Dunkelow and the late Mr. Dunkelow of Zumbrota, Minnesota. Dr. Clemmensen is in private dental practice in Houston.

Rick and Kathy were joined in marriage on the Wedding Hill surrounded by beautiful tropical flowers, white sand and waves of the Pacific Ocean. Kathy wore a floor length satin and lace beaded dress with a satin train and carried a bouquet of tropical flowers.

Mrs. Debbie Carr served as Maid of Honor and the Bridesmaids were Erica Clemmensen and Jordan Carr all of Houston. All wore long custom gowns made of Windsor satin designed by David and Youg Dominguez of Houston. Erica and Jordan's gowns had a satin bow with attached trains. They all carried a bouquet of tropical flowers.

Mr. Paul Carr served as Bestman and the Groomsmen were Ryan and Sean Clemmensen and Jacob Carr all of Houston.

A releasing of the butterflies followed the beautiful and tranquil ceremony. They will spend part of their honeymoon with family and friends and then on to the romantic and dramatic sea-cliffs and lush foliage of the Islands of Kauai and Hawaii. A reception will be held at Northgate Country Club following the couples return. The family will reside in Champions of North Houston.
