Miss Deborah Ann Bourque and Mr. David William Crow were united in the sacrament of Holy Matrimony on Saturday, June 6, 1998 at seven o'clock in the evening at Saint Cecilia Catholic Church, Houston, Texas. The double ring ceremony was officiated by Reverend Monsignor Vincent Rizzotto. Scripture readings were read by Dr. Holly Jean Clause and Miss Cynthia Crites, friends of the bride. A reception followed at The University Club with music provided by The Kit Reid Band. On the eve of the wedding, a rehearsal dinner was hosted by Colonel and Mrs. Walworth F. Williams and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Crow, Jr., at Grotto Ristorante.
Deborah is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Gerald Bourque of Houston. She is the granddaughter of Ms. Celia Fabre and the late Mr. Leon Fabre, and Mr. and Mrs. Clenes Bourque, all of Kaplan, Louisiana. The groom is the son of Mrs. Nancy Joan Williams of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Mr. Walter Crow, Jr., of Tucson, Arizona. He is the grandson of the late Mrs. Gladys Crossley and Mr. Leonard Crossley and the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter Crow, Sr., all of Canton, Ohio.
Serving as Matron of Honor was the bride's sister, Sarah Bourque Lopez. The bridesmaids were Ashlynn Barton Bourque (sister-in-law of the bride), Catherine Jean Crow (sister of the groom), Elizabeth Ann Beatty, Susan Goodnight Griffiths, and Kathy McCoy Turner. The flower girls were Miss Lindsay Michelle Kite (cousin of the bride) and Miss Kaitlyn Rhett Ross.
Serving as the groom's Best Man was Robert Wesley Covington. The groomsmen were Michael Jude Bourque (brother of the bride), Raymond Edgar Lopez (brother-in-law of the bride), Michael Charles Ellis, Edward Scott Hebert and Joseph Peyton Ross. Ushers were Mark Kite Fabre (cousin of the bride), Sanford Forrest Roy and Todd Daniel Stevens.
The bride is a graduate of Clear Lake High School in Houston. She received a B.S. from Louisiana State University, where she was a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority, and a M.B.A. from University of Houston. She is currently a Regional Director and Vice President in the commercial lending division of Bank United. The groom is a graduate of Baton Rouge High School, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He received a B.S. from Louisiana State University, where he was a member of Theta Xi Fraternity. He is owner and President of Stonehenge Builders in Houston.
Following a honeymoon trip to St. John, U.S. Virgin islands, the couple will reside in Houston.
