Shari Linda Stanley and 1LT Bryan Dennis Bogle were united in marriage Saturday, June 6, 1998, at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Houston, Texas, with Reverend Charles F. Ruehl officiating.
Dave Zeger String Quartet, Organist Bruce Power, and Soloist Dawn Ublehart provided the music. A reception followed at The Park Plaza Warwick Hotel music provided by Dave Zeger and the Tommy Daniels Band.
The bride is the daughter of Bill and Alvern Stanley of Pasadena and the granddaughter of Elizabeth Stanley of Pasadena.
The groom is the son of Charles and Dorothy Bogle of Ft. Worth and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bogle of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Sherri Glover served as maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Staphanie Stanley, Candi Stanley, Deborah Roberts, Jennifer Gillane, Meg Pratt, and Lisa Weimer. Flower girls were Brooke, Kayti, and Amy Stanley, all nice of the bride.
Col. Charles Bogle, father of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Chris Anderson, 1LT Tino Lopez, Keith Nelson, 1LT Alex Hill, Billy Moran, and Darrell Randall. Honor guard members were 1LT Kevin Badger, 2LT Jim Dobson, 1LT Timothy Hamilton, 1LT Franz Rademacher, 1LT Derrick (Duke) Dilley, CPT Paul Shelton, 1LT Brad Laauwe, and CPT Jeffrey Turner.
Ushers were Kevin, Marc, Scot, and Kreg Stanley, brother of the bride.
Shari is a graduate of Pasadena High School and a 1997 graduate of Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She will be teaching in The Killeen ISD next fall.
The groom is a graduate of Southwest High School in Ft. Worth and a 1996 graduate of the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelor of Science of Science Degree in Aerospace Engineering. He is a First Lieutenant in the United States Army stationed in Fort Hood at Killeen, Texas.
Following a honeymoon in Italy the couple will reside in Killeen, Texas.
