Case -- Pagonis
OKLAHOMA CITY -- Kimberly Dawn Case of Gainesville, Texas, and John James Pagonis of Oklahoma City were united in marriage at 2 p.m. March 17, 2001, at the First Unitarian Church in Oklahoma City. James Waugh of Memorial Road Church of Christ officiated the single-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Ken and Kay Case of Gainesville. Grandparents are Johnie Case of Whitesboro, Texas, and Mr. and Mrs. Elvis Neal of Dike,Texas. She graduated from Whitesboro High School and Oklahoma Christian University. She is employed as assistant director of Studio Mid-Del Art Center in Midwest City, Okla.
The bridegroom is the son of Jim and Maria Pagonis of Oklahoma City. He graduated from West Moore High School in Moore, Okla., and Ross State College in Midwest City. He is employed as director of radiology at Vancor Hospital in Oklahoma City.
Attendants for the bride were Lisa O'Kelly of Oklahoma City, matron of honor, and Sandi Daughrity of Gainesville, maid of honor.
Flower girl was Jessica Loyd and Billy Loyd was ring bearer. Both are of Gainesville.
Best man was Jeff Oplotnik and groomsman was Ches Cowell, both of Oklahoma City.
Ushers were Scott Bene of Oklahoma City and Kevin Case of Gainesville.
A capella wedding music was presented by Amber Parks of Shawnee, Okla.
A reception was held in the fellowship hall following the ceremony, with family and friends as hosts. Kelly Case sang several songs.
Reception assistants were Paula Wood of Oklahoma City, Carla Case and Laura Case of Whitesboro and Barbara Gibson of Gainesville.
The couple is at home in Oklahoma City after a wedding trip to Las Vegas, Nev.
Jim and Maria Pagonis were hosts to a rehearsal dinner March 16 at On the Border in Oklahoma City.
