The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Francis of Cloverleaf Drive, New Fairfield. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Burt of Dataw Island, S.C.
Joanne Reilly was matron of honor and Kate Kotsaftis was bridesmaid.
William Burt was best man and Christopher Francis was usher.
A reception followed at Saybrook Point Inn in Old Saybrook.
Cynthia Burt graduated from New Fairfield High School and from the University of Connecticut at Storrs with a B.S. in management information systems. She is a project manager for GE Capital Card Services in Stamford.
Joseph Burt graduated from Old Lyme High School and from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in finance. He is an underwriter for GE Capital Commercial Finance in Stamford.
After a wedding trip to the Caribbean, they are living in Norwalk.
