Chelsa Elizabeth Stiewing and Leonard Anthony Tomasello Jr. were married June 23 at St. Mary's Church in Ridgefield by The Rev. Robert Morrissey.
The bride is the daughter of James and Deborah Stiewing of Newtown. The bridegroom is the son of Leonard and Irene Tomasello of Ridgefield.
The bride's sisters, Brook Stiewing and Jessica Stiewing, were maids of honor. The bridegroom's sisters, Marabeth Pereira and Jennifer Cafarelli, Heidi Dominakus, Debra Haleks and Kelly Thomas were bridesmaids. Katelyn Cafarelli and Faith Pereira were flower girls.
Sean Perkins was best man. The bride's brother, Glenn Stiewing, Thomas Cafarelli, Joseph Pereira, Michael DelRe, George Meropoilos and Richard Simmons were ushers. Jeremy Stiewing was ring bearer and Nicholas Petronchak was bell ringer.
A reception followed at the Inn at Ethan Allen in Danbury.
Chelsa Tomasello graduated from Newtown High School and from Southern Connecticut State University with a B.S. in psychology. She is pursuing a master's degree in counseling while working as a corporate trainer for Cendant Mobility in Danbury.
Leonard Tomasello Jr. graduated from Ridgefield High School and from Purdue University with a B.S. in mathematics/statistics. He is manager of the accounts payable department at Timber Hill Brokerage Firm in Greenwich.
After a wedding trip to Hawaii, they are living in New Milford.
