The bride is the daughter of Frances Mihalko of Heritage Village, Southbury, and Peter and Jeanie Mihalko of Gaithersburg, Md. The bridegroom is the son of Ernest and Elaine Tilford of Knollcrest Drive, Brookfield.
Jeanine Puma was matron of honor and Michael Reilly was best man.
A reception followed later at the home of the bridegroom's parents.
Deborah Tilford graduated from Shelton High School and from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, S.C., with a B.A.F. in interior design. She is a CAD operator for Mark P. Finlay Architects in Fairfield.
Walter Tilford graduated from Henry Abbott Regional Technical High School in Danbury. He is a systems designer at The Sound Room in Westport.
After a wedding trip to Treasure Cay, Abaco, they are living in Brookfield.
