Wayne and Twila Luedke, Colony, are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary today.
The couple were married Sept. 5, 1948, in Colony United Methodist Church.
They have lived in Colony a majority of their life.
The couple have two children, Douglas and his wife, Donna, Chanute, and Marcia Ashford and her husband, David, Bonner Springs; seven grandchildren, four stepgrandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and five stepgreat-grandchildren.
The couple will celebrate their anniversary with family on Sept. 13 in Bonner Springs.
