Les and Vada Purcell
The family of Les and Vada Purcell will host a reception in honor of the couple’s 50th anniversary from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Piqua.
The couple were married April 12, 1959, in the New York Valley Church.
Their children and spouses are Connie and David Duncan, Devon, Valerie and David Walker, Piqua, Velda and Ron Brewer, El Paso, Texas, Vonda and Roy Smith, Iola, Vickie and Ron German, Neosho Falls, Vanessa and Ronnie Driskill, Yates Center, and George, Piqua.
They have 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The couple requests no gifts.
Friends and relatives ae invited to attend.
