Dick and Ruby Foster

Gail R. “Dick” and Ruby Foster of Humboldt will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Thursday.
Dick Foster and Ruby Culbertson were married Aug. 7, 1958 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Humboldt.

He retired in 1997 as city superintendent from the City of Humboldt after 46 years of service. She is retired from Johnson’s General Store.
