He earned a bachelor of science degree in engineering in 1997 from Stanford University and a master's degree in education in 1998 from Harvard University.
He is a research associate with the Missouri Department of Higher Education.
The wedding is planned for 6:30 p.m. June 9, 2001 at the First Christian Church in Jefferson City.
