Hubbards renew wedding vows for 20th anniversary
Wendy R. and John B. Hubbard were re-united in Holy Matrimony July 22, in celebration of 20 years of marriage.
They was married July 7, 1983 by Pastor Nick Hoot at Freewill Baptist Church.
The couple held their renewal ceremony in the same church with the same pastor, best man and matron of honor as their original nuptial service.
Joe Hummel was the best man and Shelly Cupp was matron of honor.
The bride was given away by her three sons, Daniel Swindell, and Mathew Swindell, both of Churubusco and Brandon Swindell, North Manchester.
Other participants in the renewal service were Barbara Manahan, organist; Brandon Swindell, Mathew Swindell, Danny Swindell and Billy Cupp ushers; Bill Cupp, Lynne Hummel and Sherry Tischer, photographers; Dewayne and Deb Crisp, reception hosts and Elizabeth Cupp, guest book attendant.
A reception followed the ceremony at the Fraternal Order of Police hall.
The Hubbards have lived in Columbia City for 10 years.
