Kristen Obert and Scott Duncan were married on Aug. 13, 2011, at Our Lady of the Greenwood Catholic Church, with the Rev. Don Quinn officiating the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Dan and Rosemary Obert of Indianapolis.
The groom is the son of Francis and Marilyn Duncan of Madison.
Honor attendants were Susan Gill of Fountaintown and Jacob Atkinson of Indianapolis. Other attendants were Kerri McAleavey of Whitestown, Jennifer Orr of Carmel, Virgil Underwood of Avon, and Tom Ridolfo and Nicolas Obert, both of Indianapolis.
Ring bearer was Thomas Lee of New Whiteland, and flower girl was Victoria Gammons of Lexington.
A dinner dance reception followed the ceremony at the church's Madonna Hall.
The bride graduated from Triton Central High School and from Ball State University. She is employed as an X-ray technologist at Methodist Hospital.
The groom graduated from Shawe Memorial High School and Ball State University. He is employed as an MRI technologist at Methodist Hospital.
Following a wedding trip to the Dominican Republic, the couple resides in Indianapolis.
