Engagement

Kathy J. Ferguson, 535 W. Sycamore, Kokomo, is announcing the engagement of her daughter, Gina Louise, to David Martin Heck.

The bride-to-be is a 1990 graduate of Maconaquah High School. She graduated in 1997 from Indiana University where she received a Doctor of Optometry. She is an optometrist in Rhinelander and Wausaw, Wisconsin.

Her fiance is the son of Robert and June Heck, Rhinelander, Wis. He is a 1988 graduate of Rhinelander High School. He graduated in 1992 from Indiana University with a bachelor of science degree in fiance. He is portfolio manager at Smith Barney.

The couple will be married Oct. 16, 2000 in St. Paul's Catholic Center.
