Robert and Mary Conner Butt, 3373 W. 1350 N., Macy, will celebrate their 50th anniversary June 17, 2001 with an open house.
The couple was married June 17, 1951, at the Methodist Parsonage Church in Denver by Reverend Myron K. Davis.
They are both retired from Square D in Peru.
They have four children, Betty LaChance, Shelbyville, William and wife, Elizabeth, Macy, Patricia DeMien and husband, Brent, Macy, and Marcia Rogers and husband, Rick, Rochester; and seven grandchildren.
The open house will be June 17 at the Macy Christian Church Fellowship Hall from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The couple requests no gifts.
