ANNIVERSARY
Norman and Norma Collins, 1378 Lake View Bend, Rochester, marked their golden wedding anniversary this past week.
Mr. Collins and the former Norma Easterday were married Aug. 20, 1949, in the Macy Christian Church parsonage by the Rev. David Rogers. Mr. Collins is retired from Sealed Power, Rochester, and now works at Blue Star Realty, as an agent in Rochester. His wife Norma, recently retired as post mistress from the Macy Post Office.
The couple have three sons, David Collins, Bunker Hill, Richard Collins, Shaftsbury, Vt., and Steven Collins, Martinsville. The also have seven grandchildren, one is deceased, and four great-grandchildren.
The couple celebrated their anniversary with a trip to the Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg, Tenn., with their family.
