BRILLIANT FRANKLIN WEDDING.
Miss Mabel McIntosh, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Gray McIntosh, and Roland Coleman Sprinkman of Milwaukee were married at Franklin, Thursday night, in the home of the bride's parents, in the presence of 300 guests, by the Rev. Benjamin Bunn Royer, of the First Presbyterian Church of Franklin.
The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, wore an exquisite gown of white chiffon velvet embroidered with pearls. The court train hung from a girdle of pearl embroidery and the sleeves were of point lace from the bridal gown of her mother. Her tulle veil fell from a bandeau of orange blossoms and she carried a bouquet of Bride's roses showered with lilies of the valley.
The matron of honor, Mrs. Benjamin F. Brundred of Oil City, and the maid of honor, Miss Ruth Walker of Franklin, wore peach colored chiffon over a deeper shade of satin, trimmed with gold lace, and carried bouquets of bronze cactus dahlias.
The bridesmaids, Miss Gertrude Ross of Auburn, N.Y., Miss Josephine Heathcot of New York, Miss Adelaide Evans of Oil City and Miss Helen Anderson of Franklin, wore gowns of contrasting shades and their flowers were cream colored cactus dahlias.
Miss Margaret McIntosh Smith and Miss Frances Mary Kier were flower girls and Albert Kier of Pittsburgh was ring hearer, Frederick Sprinkman, Jr. of Evanston, Ill., was best man and the ushers included Arthur Sprinkman of Milwaukee, Clayton Shumaker of Elmira, N.Y., Charles Gray of Youngstown, Ohio, Denison W. Grant of Franklin and Benjamin W. Brundred of Oil City.
A wedding dinner followed the ceremony, the bridal table being decorated with a mound of bronze and cream colored dahlias.
After a motor trip through Canada and the New England states, Mr. and Mrs. Sprinkman will make their home in Milwaukee.
The bride is a graduate of Miss Somer's School of Washington and Mrs. Dow's School at Briarclifft, and Mr. Sprinkman is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
