Sisneros and Lopez to wed Aug. 14
Rebekah Sisneros and David Lopez, both of Kearney, announce their engagement and approaching marriage on Saturday, Aug. 14, 2004, at the First Christian Church in Lexington.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Lloyd and Arlyn Sisneros of Cozad.
Her grandparents are Earl and Jessie White of Lexington and Gilbert and Lydia Sisneros of Cozad.
Her fiancé is the son of Sam and Cynthia Lopez of Kearney and Wilma Lopez of Ogden, Utah.
He is the grandson of Tony and Connie Lopez of Ogden, Utah, and Vernon and Anne Backman of Brigham City, Utah.
Rebekah graduated from Lexington High School in 2000, and currently attends the University of Nebraska-Kearney in the College of Business and Technology.
She is employed by the Ramada Inn in Kearney.
David is a 2001 graduate of Hastings High School and is presently enrolled in the College of Education at the University of Nebraska-Kearney.
He is working at Old Navy in Kearney.
