Daakes wed in Colorado ceremony
Shawna Ward of Arvada, Colo., and Aaron Daake of Lexington, were married on Saturday, April 24, 2004, at Shrine of Saint Anne's Church in Arvada, Colo., with Father David Croak officiating.
Parents of the couple are Kim and Craig Ward of Lexington and Judy and August Daake of Lexington.
Attendants of the bride included Kimber Westbrook of Boulder, Colo., Anna Ward, Kimberly Ward,
Millie Ward, and D. J. Ward, all of Lexington.
Attendants of the groom included Jeff Daake of Lexington, Mike Fitzgerald of Kearney, Brandon Naylor of Overton, Eric Otto of Kearney and Adam Reed of Omaha.
The bride plans to attend medical school in August.
The groom is employed by Xcel Energy of Denver.
The couple plans to live in Westminster, Colo.
