Moldenhauer, Gruhn set vows
Allison Gruhn, St. Louis, Mo., and Mark Moldenhauer, Long Prairie, Minn., announce their engagement and approaching marriage on Saturday, July 26, 2003, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Lexington.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Rev. Michael and Wanda Gruhn of Lexington. Her grandparents are Vernon and Margaret Gruhn, Bella Vista, Ark., and John and Delores Haase, Lincoln.
Gruhn is a 1997 Kingsley-Pierson High School graduate from Kingsley, Iowa, and received her bachelor of science degree in elementary and early childhood education from Concordia University at Seward in 2002.
She is currently teaching at Salem Lutheran School in St. Louis, Mo.
The prospective groom is the son of Ray and Joyce Moldenhauer, Long Prairie, Minn. He is the grandson of Hattie Moldenhauer, Randolph, Wis.
Moldenhauer graduated from Long Prairie High School in Long Prairie, Minn., and did his undergraduate work at Concordia University in St. Paul, Minn.
He is currently doing his graduate work at Concordia Seminary in St. Louis, Mo., and will graduate in May 2004.
He will be ordained into the ministry during the summer of 2004.
