Renkens celebrate 40th anniversary
The family of Tom and Brenda Renken of rural Bertrand will be hosting an open house reception in honor of the couple's 40th wedding anniversary on Sunday, Dec. 15, from 2 to 4 p.m., in the fellowship hall of the First United Methodist Church at 8th and Grant streets in Lexington.
Their children are Sarah and Dan Neben of Elwood and Michael and Lara Renken of Anchorage, Alaska.
They have five grandchildren, Brian, Jordan, Sydney, Evan and Maria.
Tom and Brenda were married Dec. 16, 1962, at the Methodist Church in Lexington.
