Gutierrezes celebrate 35th anniversary
Santos and Geraldine Gutierrez will celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary on Saturday, May 13 at Kirk's Nebraskaland Restaurant from 3-6 p.m.
Their children will host the event.
The couple was married in Oconto on April 24, 1965.
Santos was employed by the railroad and is retired from the Army National Guard.
He is a World War II veteran.
Geraldine is a cook at Park Avenue Estates.
Children of the couple are: Patrick, a telephone engineer, and wife, Tammy Gutierrez of Kansas City, Mo.; Daniel Gutierrez, an officer for the State Patrol in Scottsbluff; Jonathan Guiterrez, a conductor for the Union Pacific Railroad in Kansas City, Mo.; and Michael Gutierrez, a railroad conductor in Scottsbluff.
Their grandchildren are Brian Williams and Kristie Williams McIntosh.
