Stuckeys celebrate 50th anniversary
Elrid and Loraine Stuckey of Bostwick celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Dec. 3, 2000.
A party was held in their honor at Bostwick Community Center.
The couple were married on Dec. 3, 1950, in Folkston, Ga.
They lived in Jacksonville, and Atlanta, Ga., before moving to Bostwick in 1974.
Elrid is retired from the Teamster’s Union after driving a truck for 20 years.
Loraine was a homemaker and raised five children.
Their children are Linda Noles of Bostwick, Charles Stuckey of Jacksonville, Larry Stuckey of Bostwick, Sandy Driggers of Bostwick and Steve Stuckey of Jacksonville.
The couple has 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
