Couple celebrates 50th anniversary
Mary and John Dombroski celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Jan. 24, 2001, at their home in Palatka.
The couple was married Jan. 24, 1951, in Woodbine Ga.
They later lived in Jacksonville, Fla., and Tarboro, N.C.
The Dombroskis moved to Palatka in 1961.
John retired from American Cynamid in Tarboro, N.C., after 30 years of service.
The couple have a son, Frank Domborski of Vinton, Va.
While living in other areas, the couple were active members of Brentwood Golf and Country Club, Jacksonville, Tarboro Golf and Country Club, Tarboro, N.C., and are currently members of the Palatka Golf Club and Keystone Heights Golf Club.
