Couple celebrates 50th anniversary
Leroy and Mary Fleetwood celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with their family and friends on Sunday, Jan. 21, 2001, at their home in San Mateo.
The couple was married Jan. 15, 1951, at Dawson Street Baptist Church in Thomasville, Ga. and lived in Dublin, Ga. until they moved to San Mateo in 1954.
They have three children, Kathy Breed, Jenny Cowart and Ray Maxwell, and eight grandchildren.
