Halter and Theresa A. Visone were married Aug. 16, 1944, in St. Teresa's Catholic Church, Buffalo.
He is a retired quality control technician for American Optical; she is a retired elementary education teacher for Buffalo Public Schools.
They have three children and six grandchildren.
